Jesse James ducks civil suit payout Fortune Fashion Industries was after Jesse James’ financial hide for $6 million, but in a recent court decision, Sandra Bullock’s ex only has to pay them about $168,000.

Back in 2008, Fortune Fashion filed a civil lawsuit against James, claiming he double-crossed them out of a rich deal with Walmart.

Fortune wanted $6 million for loss of profits, but the jury didn’t see it that way per TMZ.

James co-created a line called “America’s Brand.” At the last minute, he cut Fortune Fashion out, taking one of their employees. In the end, James created a label named after himself which he sold through Walmart.
