Jesse James wins custody
HollywoodNews.com: In his ongoing custody battle, Jesse James has finally had a victory in court against ex-wife Janine Lindemulder.
James is now being allowed to take their daughter, Sunny, back to Texas to live, reports TMZ. The judge has decided that the former couple will have joint legal custody, but James will have physical custody.
However, Lindemulder will be able to have physical custody of their daughter until she starts school in Texas later this year.
