‘Twilight’ star Kellan Lutz likes to “pay it forward”

HollywoodNews.com: Kellan Lutz, of ‘Twilight’ fame, is glad to be in a position where he can help people.

While attending the VH1′s ‘Do Something Awards,’ which paid tribute to Hollywood’s most generous, Lutz admitted it is nice that he can aid others.

Kellan told RadarOnline.com: “We’re all human, we’re on this earth to make it better, and for me, I’ve had a lot of people helping me out, so it’s like paying it forward for me, now that I’m in a position to do so… it’s just nice to do that.”

Former American Idol judge Paula Abdul added: “I’m thrilled to be here tonight because I think it’s amazing what these young people are doing.” Paula, 48, also said that she takes most interest in helping with Pediatric AIDS and the ‘Make-A-Wish Foundation.’

While Disney star Demi Lovato, 17, likes to inspire people. Demi added: “The most rewarding volunteer experience I’ve had is meeting people that I’ve inspired.”
