Applegate is expecting her first child with fiance Martyn Lenoble, reports Hollyscoop. The two have been together for about two years now but aren’t saying just how far along Applegate is at this time.
After undergoing a double mastectomy in 2008 due to a breast cancer diagnosis, things are certainly turning around for the actress.
