Kate Gosselin’s kids get work permits Kate Gosselin will be able to keep putting her kids to work thanks to the Pennsylvania labor department.

The Department of Labor & Industry has reported that the children are not being unlawfully exploited through the show Kate Plus 8 and are being given work permits, states Access Hollywood.
