Lindsay Lohan almost gets jail visit from Playboy Playmate

HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan almost had a visitor at jail, except the visitor showed up on the wrong day.

One of Hef’s former girlfriends, twin Karissa Shannon, showed up at Lynwood Correctional Facility in a “Free Lohan” tank top, reports Pacific Coast News. However, she won’t actually be able to visit Lohan at the women’s prison until Friday.
