Protection order issued against Michael Lohan
HollywoodNews.com: Michael Lohan’s domestic violence matter just keeps getting more and more serious.
For now, a “Temporary Order of Protection” has been issued against Michael Lohan in regard to the claim that he physically assaulted his fiancee, Kate Major, reports TMZ. The order will do a number of things which include prohibiting him or a third party from contacting or threatening her. He is also being required to “immediately surrender all handguns, pistols, rifles, shotguns and other firearms owned or possessed.”
With these serious claims, Lindsay Lohan’s father will also be breaking the rules if he engages in any type of physical violence or threats. Maybe he’ll be too busy with his case and Lindsay’s jail time to find a moment to get into more trouble.
