“Harry Potter” Fans Camp Out Overnight for Panel at Comic-Con
By Hanako M. Ricks
HollywoodNews.com: Anticipation for the first ever “Harry Potter” panel at Comic-Con seems to be running high, as lucky Potterholics in attendance began lining up outside of the San Diego Convention Center about 12 hours in advance. My friend, Alyssa Oropeza, texted me around 8:30 with this info:
I can’t believe it but I have to camp out for the harry potter panel. In line now for tomorrow panel. Yes outside…
She also sent me a photo, saying that so far only about 50 people were in line. I’m sure that as news of the line begins to hit social media networks such as Twitter and Facebook, that line will grow fairly quickly.
The Warner Bros. panel, which will discuss the upcoming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, is scheduled to begin at 11:45am Saturday. Tom Felton, who stars as Draco Malfoy in all eight films, was recently announced to participate in the panel.
