Jersey Shore not governor approved: “Negative for New Jersey”
HollywoodNews.com: New Jersey governor Chris Christie is clearly not a fan of Snooki, Pauly D and The Situation.
The politician has hit out at the hit MTV reality TV show for the image it gives his state.
“It is negative for New Jersey. What it does is takes a bunch of New Yorkers, drops them at the Jersey Shore and tries to make Americans feel like this is New Jersey,” Christie grumbled on ABC‘s ‘This Week show.’
“I can tell people, they want to know what New Jersey really is? I welcome them to come to New Jersey. The Jersey Shore is a beautiful place, and someplace that everybody should come on vacation.”
