Lindsay Lohan staying in jail for now
HollywoodNews.com: Rumors ran wild that Lindsay Lohan would be getting out of jail this week, but those rumors are being put to rest for now.
According to MSNBC, Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, Lindsay will not be leaving jail until at least next week. “When she was incarcerated I said a couple of weeks and it hasn’t been a couple of weeks,” Whitmore commented about Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, hoping that she would be released early due to overcrowding.
