Selena Gomez can’t wait for fans to hear new album: ‘A Year Without Rain’

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Disney’ star Selena Gomez’s new album will feature a collaboration with Katy Perry.

The ‘California Gurl’ will sing on one of Selena’s tracks, according to reports.

Gomez, whose new film ‘Ramona and Beezus’ has just hit cinemas, told Hollywood Life: “Katy Perry gave me a song, and she did background vocals on it. The whole experience was really fun.”

The 18–year-old’s new album is titled ‘A Year Without Rain.’

She said: “The title so far of my album – I mean, I’m hoping it will stick – is ‘A Year Without Rain,’ it’s basically one of my favorite songs on the record. It’s kind of got a more feel-good dance beat and feel, I love it, it’s different; it kind of shows my growth of my music.”

The ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ star seems very excited for everyone to hear her new record.

She ‘tweeted:’ “Ah, I can’t wait for yall to see/hear all the new stuff!”
