Susan Sarandon signs on for new HBO pilot
HollywoodNews.com: Hollywood actress Susan Sarandon has reportedly signed up for the pilot of new HBO show ‘The Miraculous Year.’
The 63 year-old will take on the role of Patty Atwood, who is the director and choreographer of the Broadway production being made in the show.
Other stars already signed up include Hope Davis, Frank Langella and Linus Roache, best known for his role in ‘Law & Order.’
The new show centres around a Broadway composer who is trying to balance his new play with his family life. It is being put together by Tony-winner John Logan and Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow, who is also directing the first episode.
