Paris Hilton’s wants her new music to “emulate” Kylie Minogue

HollywoodNews.com: Paris Hilton looked to Australian pop princess Kylie Minogue for inspiration for her new album the heiress has revealed. “I’ve always loved Kylie Minogue. She’s one of my favorite artists,” the 29-year-old said.

“I’ve been really inspired by her. I wanted my music to kind of emulate her. I love her sound and I love the way she is.”

Hilton describes her new album as “like dance or club music” and says the disc will be released in the next few months. This isn’t the ‘Simple Life’ star’s first foray into pop music.

In 2006 Hilton released her debut self-titled album Paris, which reached number six on the Billboard chart, but failed to sell well.
