Derek Hough taking a “hands on” approach to rid Cheryl Cole of disease
HollywoodNews.com: Cheryl Cole is on the road to recovery with the aid of close friend Derek Hough.
The Sun has told how the 27-year-old singer, said to have lost weight during her health battle, is enjoying her houseguest’s home cooking. The 25-year-old dancer has been whipping up some of her faves, a source told the paper.
“Derek’s been brilliant during her recovery. He’s really been hands on, treating her to his home cooking. “His signature dish is macaroni and cheese, which has been a favourite in Cheryl’s home.”
Cole’s mum also reportedly cooked up some Newcastle specialities like Stottie cakes and pease pudding for her sick daughter while she was still in hospital. The ‘X Factor’ star appeared in public this week for the first time since being struck by a bout of malaria.
She contracted the tropical disease while holidaying in Tanzania with Hough.
