Charlie Sheen set to divorce
HollywoodNews.com: Now that Charlie Sheen’s domestic abuse case is settled, he is in the clear to move forward on the divorce with Brooke Mueller.
According to TMZ, the divorce documents were signed, but the filing was being held off until the Aspen assault case was settled as to not give the prosecutors of that case anything to use against the actor.
Apparently, all details of the divorce have been decided on and the matter will likely move forward.
