Olivia Newton John gets animated over breast cancer

HollywoodNews.com: Olivia Newton-John has been given the comic-book treatment – in the fight against breast cancer.

The singer’s life story is told in the new graphic novel, which is set to be published as part of the Female Force comic-book series in the US by Bluewater Productions later this year.

Proceeds from the book will go to the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Center – which the actress set up after she beat the disease in the 1990s.

The ‘Grease’ star, 61, said: “Breast cancer… was hard to talk about. So it takes a while before you can put it into a category that you can discuss without becoming emotional.”

Other stars to get the ‘Bluewater’ treatment include Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, George Bush, Robert Pattinson and Michael Jackson.
