Hell’s Kitchen chef Gordon Ramsay feeding lamb brains to his kids

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ chef Gordon Ramsay lived up to the name of his series as he appeared on ‘The Tonight Show’ last night and revealed he ‘played a trick’ on his kids – by feeding them brains.

The foul-mouthed chef claimed he gave his little ones – Megan, 12, twins Jack and Holly, 10, and Tilly, 8 the stomach-turning dish as an educational exercise. He told host Jay Leno: “I play with them a little bit. I had done this amazing stew and Tilly, the youngest, wanted to know what was in there because she found a sharp bit. What I hadn’t told them was that I actually cooked them lamb brains on toast.”

Leno was disgusted by the idea, asking: “How long are these children in therapy? On a weekly basis?”

Ramsay explained: “They need to understand that we don’t waste anything. The little sharp bit was unfortunately from the skull. The eldest loved it but the youngest ones got a little bit freaked out.”

Ramsay said he calmed them down with another trick – telling them it would help with their homework. “I told them it is really, really good especially before exams so psychologically they think they’ll be a little more intelligent.”
