Rupert Grint Featured in Several Magazines This Week

By Hanako M. Ricks

HollywoodNews.com: Rupert Grint, one of the stars of the Harry Potter franchise, has been featured in several magazines over the past week, all focusing on a variety of subjects.

Attitude Magazine’s article “Rooting for Gingers”, lists Grint as a “red wonder” – along with other red-maned stars such as Prince Harry, Damian Lewis, Seth Green, Charlie Clements, Paul Bettany, Nicola Roberts, Nicole Kidman, and Gerri Halliwell.

Q Magazine spoke to Grint about one of his favorite bands, Oasis, and he lists his favorite songs from the group for their feature article “The Ultimate Playlist: 1001 Songs to Download Now” (Grint’s picks were listed as #811-820).

As mentioned earlier this week, Grint was also featured in Total Film Magazine, where he and Potter castmates Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, and director David Yates, spoke to the magazine about the growth and maturity of the latest film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, in relation to the previous films. Of Deathly Hallows, Grint says:

The first part is mostly set out of Hogwarts–we’re camping and living rough and there’s a lot of paranoia and anger, particularly from Ron. In the other films there’s kind of a routine–you’re on the train, then you get to the school…this feels like a very different Harry Potter!”

We will most likely see Grint in more features, as he is promoting not only Deathly Hallows, but also his two non-Potter films, Cherrybomb – which is gearing up for release on DVD, and Wild Target – which is expected to hit US theaters in limited released in late October, and then in wider release a few weeks later.
