Lindsay Lohan’s judge voluntarily recuses herself before being removed
HollywoodNews.com: While Lindsay Lohan is off doing her rehab treatment at the UCLA Medical Center, her judge, Marsha Revel, has stepped down from her role in the case.
Apparently, prosecutor Danette Meyers was complaining that Revel had spoken to people at the Morningside Recovery rehab facility and then selected it despite the fact that it was never on the list of recommended facilities, according to TMZ.
Meyers was going to file legal papers to have her removed, but instead she took the liberty to remove herself from the case before then.
