Mel Gibson case: phone records turned over
HollywoodNews.com: As the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department moves forward with the Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva case, phone records are now being turned over as part of the evidence needed to continue this process.
Both sides have already supplied the investigators with their records, but the official records are needed to be used as evidence, reports TMZ. The text messages and emails are expected to help in piecing together what exactly occurred when the alleged domestic violence matter went down.
According to further reports, the domestic violence matter is being handled separately from the extortion matter, but it is hoped that both cases will be submitted to the D.A. at the same time.
