Paris Hilton sued for allegedly wearing the wrong fake hair
HollywoodNews.com: It looks like Paris Hilton has a hard time keeping her end of the deal on bargains. The actress has just been hit with a new lawsuit that allegedly claims that she wore the wrong fake hair back in 2008.
According to the Associated Press, Hairtech International Inc., who manufactures hair extensions, claim that she “breached her contract to wear and promote their product when she sported the fake locks of a competitor.” They are seeking $35 million in damages, which is “10 times what she was apparently paid under the contract.”
They also claim that she missed attending one of their parties because she was currently serving time in jail in 2007, in which they claim cost the company $6.6 million.
