Will Wan’s “Insidious” play Midnight series at TIFF?

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Rarely do I make it to the Midnight Madness programming at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Days are filled with normal screenings and interviews, so by the time I hit 10 p.m., I’m begging for my pillow so I can power down for a few hours and do it all over again the next day.

That might change this year, though, as whispers are starting to circulate about the 2010 Midnight schedule.

The full schedule will be announced soon. But Dread Central.com, which is keeping up with all things TIFF, has a killer teaser image that they think is associated with James Wan’s upcoming “Insidious.” The picture will reunite Wan with his “Saw” co-writer Leigh Whannell. And it’s rumored to be playing TIFF at Midnight. Click here to check out the creepy image.

As soon as the Midnight schedule is up, we’ll have it here. Toronto creeps ever closer, and we couldn’t be more excited.
