Heidi and Spencer divorce: one step closer?
HollywoodNews.com: While it’s still unsure as to whether or not the relationship or the divorce is a publicity stunt, it appears that Heidi Montag has taken another step in separating herself from Spencer Pratt as she has served him with divorce papers.
Heidi reportedly authorized the service of divorce papers, which he has reportedly received and did sign last week, states TMZ. If all of this is true, the divorce between the reality TV stars can become final in exactly six months from the time Spencer received the divorce documents.
Jodeane Farrell, Heidi’s lawyer, has made a statement claiming that both Heidi and Spencer want to resolve the divorce in a timely manner, and they also want to avoid any court appearances.
