Lindsay Lohan out of rehab this week?

HollywoodNews.com: It’s been rumored that Lindsay Lohan may see an early release from rehab at UCLA Medical Center, but now it may be as early as this week as her psychiatric problems are not believed to be as serious as they first appeared. The ultimate decision on her early release, however, will be up to the new judge on her case.

It is being reported that while it was first thought that she might be bipolar, her doctors allegedly do not think this is the case, states TMZ. Furthermore, it is allegedly not believed that her drug dependency is as serious as it was made out to be at first. Lindsay’s doctors reportedly do not believe her problem with Adderall are serious enough to require more inpatient care.

In order for Lindsay to be released early, however, the judge on her case would also have to approve. If the doctors write that she can be released from the rehabilitation facility and into outpatient care, Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will have to take the matter to the new judge on the case and ask her to approve it as well.

Typically, if the medical professionals feel as if the patient should be released early, judges often go along with the decision. It is believed that it’s “very possible” for Lindsay to be released this week.
