Lady Gaga’s new cd will be something fans “didn’t expect”

HollywoodNews.com: Lady Gaga already has more than a handful of hit singles and now the pop star is ready to make a few more. She has already announced on her Twitter account that the overturning of Prop 8 in California has already inspired some new songs, and now her producer is opening up about the new material.

RedOne told Billboard, “It’s going to be shocking, shocking, shocking! You never want to go too far from your brand — people love you for a reason. But we still want to give them something with a kick, something that makes them say, ‘Oh my God! We didn’t expect this!'”

He added, “When you heard ‘Bad Romance’ after ‘Poker Face,’ it was like the best thing you’ve ever heard,” he said. “We want that type of reaction. I think that’s part of my job and her job — to keep her evolving.”
