Blake Lively admires the acting careers of men

HollywoodNews.com: As Blake Lively’s career continues to grow, she’s finding that it is the careers of her male counterparts that she wants to model her own life after.
The ‘Gossip Girl’ actress has found that when she’s asked about whose career she admires, she often answers with naming men, reports Digital Spy. But it isn’t that Lively finds there aren’t women to look up to in this business, “but [she] feel[s] like men are still given much better opportunities.”
However, she isn’t too worried about finding someone to model her career after: “[T]here are so many people I admire for so many reasons that I can’t look at one person’s life and say, ‘I want that life’. I want to make my own history.”
With big roles in Green Lantern and The Town, it sounds like Lively is going to have a huge career ahead of her.
