Channing Tatum gathers his actor friends for a high school reunion

HollywoodNews.com: On the heels of announcing his producing role on the thriller “The Contortionist’s Handbook,” actor Channing Tatum is also developing “Ten Year.”

Tatum has hired his “Dear John” scribe Jamie Linden to write and helm the drama about friends reuniting for their high school reunion.

“Dear John” was an early year crowd pleaser grossing $80 million at the domestic B.O.

Tatum also plans to star in “Ten Year” alongside a number of his thespian pals including his wife, Jenna Dewan (“Step Up”); Anna Faris and her husband, Chris Pratt; Chris Pine; and Scott Porter (“Friday Night Lights”).

“Ten Year” is currently packaging its financing in hopes of going into production in November.
