Leonardo DiCaprio’s case to go to trial

By Molly Sullivan

HollywoodNews.com: Leonardo DiCaprio’s alleged attacker, Anita Wilson, is going to have to deal with a trial for her felony assault charge in which she reportedly attacked the actor with a broken wine glass.

In going to trial, DiCaprio may make an appearance if asked, reports E! News. The trial was decided upon after Wilson pleaded not guilty to the charge, but prosecutors have been found to have enough evidence to move forward with the case.

The alleged attack could result in seven years of jail time for Wilson if convicted. DiCaprio suffered 12 stitches as a result of the confrontation.
