Lindsay Lohan not done with court yet

By Molly Sullivan

HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan may be out of jail and rehab that were both ordered for her problems with her DUI, but now she may be headed back to court because of the car chase she was involved in back in 2007.

A woman in the car that was chased by Lohan is suing the actress, along with three men who were in Lohan’s car at the time, reports RadarOnline.com. Both cases have been consolidated in this matter.

Tracie Rice is claiming that she suffered emotional distress as a result of being in a car that Lohan was chasing. The three men are suing as they were kidnapped and had their lives endangered while riding in Lohan’s vehicle.

Lindsay’s civil attorney, Ed McPherson, reportedly feels that this case will likely go to trial on January 31st, the current date for the case.

LINDSAY LOHAN MADE CRAP OUT OF THE CALIFORNIA JUDICAL SYSTEM AND A DAM FOOL OUT OF THE JUDGE. WHY DIDN’T THEY JUST FINE HER THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT IT WOULD HAVE COST THE STATE TO KEEP HER IN JAIL THE FULL NINETY DAYS.—AND THE SAME FOR REHAB—THE ONLY THING THE JUDGE WAS OPEN HER MOUTH AND MAKE THE AIR MOVE ARROUND. THAN THE BIG MONEY BOYS THAT WERE LOSEING THEIR SHARE MADE SOME DEPOSITS AND GOT HER OUT.
