Stallone still wants Willis for “Expendables” sequel

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Rumors persist that Sylvester Stallone really wants Bruce Willis to return to the world of “The Expendables” for a sequel, this time as a major villain.

Fueling the rumors? Stallone himself.

The “Expendables” director and star posted on his recently launched Twitter account that he “had dinner with Bruce Willis last night” and that he wants him in the “Expendables” sequel as “a super villain.” He then asked fans, “What do you think?”

I think it’s perfect … and probably not too hard to pull off. Willis shot a cameo for Stallone’s first film. His character has a spot in the “Expendables” universe, so dragging him into the action should be easy. And who wouldn’t want to see John McClane versus John Rambo in a hand-to-hand death match at the conclusion of an “Expendables” sequel?

If Stallone really wants this – and by all accounts, he does – we can definitely see it happening. The question is, do you want it to happen?
