Katy Perry to score big payday for TV?
HollywoodNews.com: Katy Perry may be making some major money if Simon Cowell decides that she is the one.
Perry has reportedly been in consideration for a judging spot on the U.S. version of ‘X-Factor’ and could be receiving $340,000 per week to take part in this new venture, reports Hollyscoop. Perry did a guest judge spot on American Idol and apparently Cowell found her to be a natural in the role.
Others such as Jennifer Lopez and Nick Cannon have been considered, but at this point, it seems that Cowell feels that Perry is right for the role. He allegedly wants to have the deal made within the next few weeks so that he can announce the judges and get the show moving.
