Lindsay Lohan orders dad to stop attempting to sell diary entries
HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan may be out of in patient rehab and currently completing out patient rehab, but that doesn’t mean the war with her father has resolved itself.
Apparently Michael Lohan is still trying to sell excerpts of her hand-written diary that she took while in drug rehabilitation at the Cirque Lodge in Utah in 2007, reports RadarOnline. In order to try to alleviate the problem, her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, has sent a cease and desist letter to him that orders him to stop selling her personal property.
Lohan was not aware that her father had possession of the diary and she claims “she did not give him permission to sell or distribute it.”
