Mel Gibson facing a third round Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva’s legal battle is not over yet and now the actor may be facing yet another round of questioning in regard to his extortion claims.

Although the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has reportedly interviewed Mel twice, they may want one more round of questioning to take place, states TMZ. The third round would still be in relation to his claim that Oksana tried to extort money from him.

It is being alleged that this particular investigation is still two weeks away from coming to an end, minimum. After this part of the matter is handled, it will be turned over to the District Attorney to decide if any charges will be filed.

If you want to write “news”, you must research your subject, in this instance legal procedure.

Mr. Gibson is NOT facing anything. He is the alleged victim of a crime, extortion.

He called the police, he is helping the detectives. The detectives need to interview him for information AGAINST Oksana to strengthen, explain, or deepen their current evidence.

NO ONE talks to or is interviewed when they are the alleged defendant. THAT is when the accused evokes their fifth amendment rights and has an attorney speaks for them.

Oksana is guilty of extortion and the proof is she hired Steve Jaffe to help her, the same Steve Jaffe that NCIS actress Pauley Perrette hired to help her extort her husband Coyote Shivers after Coyote filed for divorce.
