Justin Bieber wishes Beyonce a happy birthday

HollywoodNews.com: Beyonce turns a fabulous 29 years old today and while we can’t imagine how she’s going to celebrate, a fan of hers has already wished her a happy birthday.

Pop star Justin Bieber took to his Twitter account to do some celebrating tweeting, “#happybdayBEYONCE – u know how i feel. haha. u r incredible. happy bday.”
