James and Oliver Phelps Answer Fans’ Questions at Dragon*Con

By Hanako M. Ricks

HollywoodNews.com: Fans of the Harry Potter series who are attending this weekend’s Dragon*Con convention in Atlanta a chance to ask questions to James and Oliver Phelps, who are guests of the convention’s Young Adult Literature track.

The twins, who plays the Weasley twins Fred and George, participated in two Q&A panels this weekend: one on Friday, and one earlier today. Fans had a chance to ask their most burning questions; however, James did request in Sunday’s panel that no one ask any questions relating to “spoilery” events in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, for those fans who have not read the books.

Some of the questions ranged from film-related (is there an actual actor in the scenes with the moving portraits, or is that all special effects), to personal (as a twin, what’s the weirdest twin question you’ve ever been asked), to funny (can you say “bambling bumbling bands of baboons together”).

The brothers also noted that while they plan to continue acting, the rest of the year will be full of doing promotions for the upcoming Deathly Hallows, the first part of which is scheduled to be released on November 19; part 2 will follow on July 15, 2011.
