Martha Stewart facing wine lawsuit
HollywoodNews.com: Martha Stewart may be facing some new legal troubles as a vineyard is allegedly suing her over a possible smear campaign.
Stewart is reportedly being sued by Vampire Vineyards as they are allegedly claiming that she is trying “to disparage and tarnish [Vampire's] wine brands by portraying a mock label of Vampire Vineyards affixed to cheap, non-descript wine and spirits products” so that her wine, Gallo, will boost in sales, states TMZ.
The lawsuit is going after Stewart, Omnimedia, Martha Stewart Living and others to end what they believe is a “malicious” campaign against their product.
