Jimmy Eat World releases ‘Invented’ artwork on Facebook

HollywoodNews.com: Jimmy Eat World is one of the classic alternative rock bands that got many teenagers through the rough times in their life. Well, now the legendary band is back and gearing up for the release of their new studio album entitled “Invented.” While many fans have gotten a quick listen at the new single from the cd, now fans can indulge in the album artwork.

The band has just released the artwork through Facebook that is available for viewing to anyone who “likes” the page. The booklet is simple with black backgrounds, white lyrics, but after glancing at a series of images of a single girl in different situations, one can see that it tells a story. The back of the booklet shows the girl out on the sidewalk presumably waiting for a taxi as the last song on the album boasts the lyrics “I was only there to sing your song, What were you protecting yourself from?, You don’t get to walk away now, It’s too late, you can’t walk away now.”

From the look of this, it looks like Jimmy Eat World is going to do fans proud once again with another groundbreaking album.
