Lindsay Lohan isn’t crying over spilled milk, settles E*Trade suit

HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan withdrew her $100 million lawsuit against E*Trade Financial Corp on Monday, which accused the firm of using her likeness without her permission.

Details of the settlement weren’t provided by team Lohan nor team E*Trade.

Lohan filed the suit on March 8 after an E*Trade ‘talking baby’ ad ran during the Superbowl. In the commercial, a baby girl is referred to as a “milkaholic” named Lindsay.

Per the New York Daily News, Lohan alleged that the baby girl violated her privacy.

The ad was seen by a record 106.5 million U.S. viewers.

Also on Monday, Lohan was ordered to appear in a Los Angeles court on September 24 after admitting she failed a court-ordered drug test following her release from jail and a stint in drug rehabilitation.
