HollywoodNews.com: Selena Gomez’s new album, “A Year Without Rain,” hits stores today and while the teen star has already made a name for herself, her career isn’t the only thing that’s on her mind lately.
Since Halloween is just around the corner, Gomez has already taken some time to choose who she’s going to dress up as on the big day. She told Just Jared, “I’m going to be Katy Perry for Halloween. It’s the ‘California Gurls’ [music video] outfit with the blue hair. I’m so excited.”
