Lindsay Lohan required to be sober during ‘Inferno’ shoot

HollywoodNews.com: Despite “Inferno” director Matthew Wilder constantly championing Lindsay Lohan, he’s protecting his backside during the filming of his Linda Lovelace biopic, “Inferno.”

E! News reports that the “Inferno” producers have added a sobriety clause to Lohan’s contract which forbids her from using drugs or alcohol during the shoot. Their decision comes after the actress failed two drug tests.

Says producer Chris Hanley, “Formally, the terms of the acting services agreement would be such that Lindsay would not violate any obligation she would have to fulfill with the court, with her probation, or with the production insurance.

“Informally, as far as I am concerned that would include being 100% sober, yes. The actual contractual wording would be more legal to include making sure the movie production would not be compromised in any way.”

Wilder recently told Radar Online that he was shocked by Lohan’s failed drug test: “I am stunned at this news but our love and prayers go out to Lindsay Lohan at this time.

“Hopefully we can work this out and we are still trying to get to the bottom of what has happened. For obvious reasons any talks with Lindsay and her representatives will stay confidential.”
