Why “The Situation” thinks he stayed on ‘DWTS’ despite score
HollywoodNews.com: Even though Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino from ‘Jersey Shore’ tied in receiving the lowest judge’s score on ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ there seem to be things other than his dancing that helped keep him on for the next week.
“The Situation” had far fewer days to practice due to his filming schedule for ‘Jersey Shore,’ but he felt that he was able to show viewers that he “jumped headfirst into it,” states MTV. For him, it isn’t about just being a great dancer: “I’m trying to show people, ‘Hey, this guy is going out of his element, and he’s taking on a competition in front of millions of people. Maybe he’s making a fool out of himself, but he’s still doing okay.'”
Part of showing off this side of the reality TV star is why he isn’t going to be showing off his abs right away either. “Maybe we’re going to save the Situation for another situation,” “The Situation” revealed about how seriously he is taking the competition.
