Hawthorne Heights debut sentimental ‘Gravestones’ video

HollywoodNews.com: Hawthorne Heights are gearing up to hit the road again this fall and now they have debuted their new video for “Gravestones.”

While the video isn’t anything amazing, it does leave you feeling sentimental and a tad bit sad after watching the home video footage from the road. After guitarist and vocalist Casey Calvert died of accidental causes almost 3 years ago, the band has moved on but will obviously never be the same. With lyrics that cry, “I’d give anything just to see your ghost, as I drive from the East to the West coast” followed by “the days go by one by one, I scream your name from my lungs, your spirits here in these songs.” Watching the guys tote around a skeleton owl, you can’t help but wonder if this is their attempt to keep Calvert alive in their minds.
