Lindsay Lohan’s treatment team hoping to keep her in rehab

HollywoodNews.com: As Lindsay Lohan has started her rehabilitation time, her treatment team is reportedly hoping to keep her in rehab and out of jail, at least for now.

Lindsay Lohan will be appearing at a probation violation hearing on October 22nd where it will be decided if she will be facing any jail time, states RadarOnline.com. It is being reported that as doctors are evaluating her now, they believe that she needs at least 45 days of treatment. Due to this, her treatment team will reportedly request for her jail time to at least be deferred so they can complete her treatment.

Right now, it appears likely that someone from Lindsay’s treatment team would appear at her hearing to ask for Judge Fox to not put her in jail at this time if Lindsay is showing improvements.
