Russell Brand likely not charged in paparazzo incident

HollywoodNews.com: Russell Brand may finally be about to settle his reported battery matter with a paparazzo and will likely not face any charges as a result of the incident.

Prosecutors have reportedly decided to not charge Brand in the matter, although he will have to make a court appearance on November 19th, states People. A hearing on the matter will be conducted, but that will apparently be the only action taken in the matter where Brand claims the photographer was trying to shoot a picture up Katy Perry’s skirt.

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office has reportedly not heard anything about either man involved wanting to press charges against the other.
