‘Housewives of NJ’ star Danielle Staub eyes jewelry line

HollywoodNews.com: Danielle Staub of ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ fame is trying to capitalize on her 15 minutes by doing what many reality TV stars do, creating a jewelry line.

Staub is reportedly going to design a cross-inspired line that will hopefully launch by the holidays, states TooFab. “I want the crosses to be an insignia of just being close whether it’s a religious thing, or a relationship thing,” Staub revealed.

And she hopes to do a little of everything with the line but in her own style so that everyone can enjoy her designs: “I want to do rings, and I want to [do] necklaces, but I want to keep them on leather or black rope. I don’t like necklace chains around my neck, so I’m not going to put them in the collection. I also want to do cuffs, but I want them to be adjustable.”

Would you buy jewelry designed by Danielle?

Everybody seems to want to get into the jewelry business. But in this tough economy, it may first appear to not make much sense – unless it’s affordable. Affordable jewelry is very popular on outlets like QVC, HSN and more.

Does this woman ever have an original idea? Cross inspired designs-hmmm, if I remember correctly Dena and a few of the other women (or as Danielle says other woman) wore beautiful cross necklaces throughout the last season and I remember reading about the designer and where to buy on one of their blogs. And cuffs-again-Lynn Curtain has a cuff bracelet biz. So un-original and who really is going to buy this junk?
