The Situation could be your fitness trainer at the Plaza Hotel

HollywoodNews.com: Another feather in Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s branding: The “Jersey Shore” star is in talks to partner up with the luxury gym at New York’s Plaza Hotel.

If he signs the deal, The Situation would be the face of the gym and offer personal workouts. He would also be part owner in the gym. The facility per Page Six was previously occupied by celebrity fave Radu Fitness center. That gym counted Bianca Jagger, Margaux Hemingway, Candice Bergen and Cindy Crawford among its clientele.

The Page Six source calls the gym “the most exclusive and most VIP fitness club in the United States.

“There will be a very select clientele. Members would need letters of reference, and there will be a high initiation fee. The Situation will be originating a workout program, and he’ll occasionally teach abs class himself.

“The deal could also be rolled out to other Fairmont hotels.”

Despite being recently voted off ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” The Situation is also pondering other business deals.

No word on whether tanning and laundry services will be offered at the Situation’s gym.

This “Situation” is potentially a major problem. Aside from working out on his own and Dancing With The Stars what are his credentials? As a Nationally Certified Sports And Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition I am offended that people would give this guy their money. I hope that people value their health and body enough to get over the reality television gimmick that this guy is taking on.
