Christina Aguilera wants a new judge on her divorce case

HollywoodNews.com: Christina Aguilera apparently wants to make sure her divorce case is handled in the best way possible and the way that she believes is correct.

The singer’s attorney, Laura Wasser, has reportedly filed documents disqualifying Judge Elia Weinbach from the divorce case, states TMZ. The judge is reportedly pretty new to the divorce circuit, but the filing apparently has nothing to do with the specific judge.

Wasser’s firm reportedly has an iron-clad rule that allows them to handle high-profile divorce cases with private judges in order to keep matters out of the public.

Do you think this is an appropriate move for Aguilera?
