Eva Longoria and husband facing lawsuit over car accident
HollywoodNews.com: Eva Longoria and her husband, Tony Parker, are apparently facing a lawsuit as the result of a recent car accident.
The other driver is reportedly claiming that Eva was negligent when she allegedly swerved out of control and struck his car, states TMZ. Roman Gasparyan is reportedly claiming that she made a sudden lane change and collided with him as they were driving in opposite directions.
The man claims that he suffered physically and mentally. While Tony was not involved in the car accident, he is the registered owner of the car Eva was driving.
