Mel Gibson’s Icon Trust eyed by Oksana Grigorieva

HollywoodNews.com: Turns out Oksana Grigorieva’s motivation in strong-arming Mel Gibson isn’t over child custody rather his Icon Trust account which might be worth $400 million.

Essentially, the account per TMZ was created for Gibson’s kids with ex-wife Robyn and cuts baby Lucia out. During the May mediation settlement deal with Grigorieva, a clause read “Oksana consents to amendment of Icon Trust to exclude Lucia.”

Nonetheless, Gibson decided to give baby Lucia an $8 million parachute. However, Grigorieva’s lawyers following the mediation hit the roof, telling their client that Lucia could have made $50 million under the Icon Trust.

TMZ learns from Gibson’s sources that Icon isn’t even worth $400 million.

The gossip website is guessing that Oksana’s attorneys will persist for a bigger haul, both for her and for them.
