Miley Cyrus going “Undercover” for action-comedy role

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Her family life might be coming apart at the seams as mom and dad go through a public separation, but Miley Cyrus is keeping her professional life on track.

The actress-singer will follow up her turn in the comedic French remake “LOL” with another comedy, though this one promises more action. Cyrus will star in Tom Vaughn’s “So Undercover,” about a detective who must infiltrate a sorority house in order to help the FBI catch a criminal.

Vaughan previously helmed “What Happens in Vegas” with Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz. He’ll be working from a script by Allan Loeb and Steven Pearl, according to Variety.

Cyrus, meanwhile, will next be seen in “LOL” with Ashley Greene and Demi Moore when it opens next year.
